Real humans. Reachable.
When you call Velora, you reach the people actually working on your account, no call centers, no offshore queue.

Gregory Corbin
Founder, Velora Payments
Six years as a US Army medic and Non-Commissioned Officer. Ranked 24th out of 4,000+ sales reps at Heartland Payment Systems. Gregory saw how merchants get taken advantage of from the inside and founded Velora to do it differently. Processor agnostic, transparent pricing, and a genuine belief that protecting a business's payments is not a small thing. It is everything.

Jordyn
Director of Operations, Velora Payments
Jordyn is the operational backbone of Velora Payments. If something runs smoothly at Velora, whether it is onboarding, client communication, internal processes, or the hundred small things that keep a fast moving company from falling apart, Jordyn is the reason why.
Before joining Velora, Jordyn built her career at Heartland, a Fortune 500 leader in payment and payroll solutions. In the payroll department she was a consistent top performer, developing a deep understanding of how payment infrastructure, client accounts, and financial operations work at scale inside one of the most respected names in the industry.
That inside experience matters. Jordyn does not just manage operations at Velora. She understands the industry those operations are built around. She knows how processors work, how payroll and payment systems interact, and what it takes to keep clients supported at a level that Fortune 500 companies rarely deliver and small ISOs almost never attempt.
At Velora, Jordyn is the person who makes sure every commitment the team makes to a client actually gets followed through on. She is the glue that holds everything together and the reason Velora can punch well above its weight as a regional merchant services company.

Andrew
ISV Specialist, Velora Payments
Andrew is Velora Payments' Independent Software Vendor Specialist and the person on the team who understands how payment processing integrates with the software your business already runs.
Most businesses don't just need a merchant account. They need payments that talk to their POS, their practice management system, their accounting software, their ERP, or their eCommerce platform. That integration layer is where most merchant services agents fall short. Andrew is where Velora doesn't.
His background at Salesforce, Rippling, and as an SDR and account executive across multiple enterprise software platforms gave him a deep understanding of how software ecosystems are built, how they connect, and what breaks when integrations aren't done right. He brings that same thinking to every Velora client, making sure the processing solution doesn't just work on its own but works inside the software environment your business depends on.
Whether you're a dental office running Dentrix, a restaurant on Genius POS, a retailer on an ePOS system, or a business using Authorize.net as your payment gateway inside QuickBooks, Andrew is the person who makes sure everything connects cleanly and runs the way it should.

Ciara
Medical Spa & Rectangle Health Specialist, Velora Payments
Ciara brings something to Velora Payments that no amount of sales training can replace: more than 10 years working inside a medical spa as an office manager, handling billing, patient collections, and the day to day reality of getting paid in a healthcare adjacent environment.
She has lived the exact problems that Rectangle Health Practice Management Bridge solves. Chasing outstanding patient balances. Managing payment plans for high dollar aesthetic treatments. Navigating the compliance requirements that come with storing card data in a healthcare setting. Dealing with processors that were built for retail and never designed to handle the nuances of a medical spa or wellness practice.
That firsthand experience is why Ciara is Velora's go to resource for medical spas, aesthetic practices, wellness clinics, and any healthcare adjacent business that needs a payment solution built for their environment rather than adapted from a generic retail platform.
When Ciara walks a medical spa through a Rectangle Health implementation, she isn't reading from a product sheet. She's speaking from experience on the other side of the desk. She knows what the front desk team is going to ask, what the billing manager is going to worry about, and what a smooth transition actually looks like in practice.

Molly
Accounting & Legal Advisor, Velora Payments
Molly holds a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business, where she graduated with a 3.91 GPA, Dean's List recognition, and a full-tuition Merit Scholarship. She is now furthering her expertise by pursuing a Juris Doctor at BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School.
That combination of completed accounting credentials and ongoing legal training is rare in the merchant services space and directly relevant to what Velora does. Contracts, compliance, financial accuracy, and business operations all intersect in payment processing and most ISOs have nobody on their team equipped to think through that intersection carefully. Molly is.
At Velora, Molly supports the financial and compliance side of the business. Her dual focus on accounting and law means she thinks carefully about the details that matter most in a company built on transparency and no hidden fees.
Most ISOs operate with no accounting or legal expertise on the team at all. Velora is different and Molly is a big reason why.
